Djura Stanic, Chief Executive Officer

Djura Stanic is a professional with extensive experience in real estate development. His area of expertise ranges from low cost residential, luxury residential to commercial/retail real estate. As a CEO of Merin Holdings and Director of Merin Asset Management, He is responsible for strategic planning, acquisition, organization and execution of development of many large-scale commercial, retail and residential projects. He is directly involved in legal, financing, leasing/sales, and day-to-day management process and responsible for creation of the most suitable platforms for performance management in order to maximize returns of all portfolio assets. Mr Stanic is a graduate of AUP University in Paris with International Economics degree. He speaks English and French fluently and He is a member of British Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Under his leadership, Fashion Park Outlet Center was awarded Best performing outlet center in South Eastern Europe 2015 and 2016 by See Real Estate Awards in Cannes and Bucharest.

Jovana Martinović, Deputy CEO

As Deputy CEO, Jovana is responsible for strategic planning, financial structuring and feasibility assessment of the company’s investment ventures, across all property segments. She is also in charge of operational management and project coordination during development stage, cooperating tightly with the company’s technical, legal and sales experts. She has comprehensive knowledge of all relevant aspects of real estate industry, gained through 10 years of experience in Investment and Development, Banking and Advisory sectors.

Prior to joining Merin Holdings, Jovana has lead the Valuation and Advisory Department at Colliers International, worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia within the Strategic Risk Management and Control Department, at MPC Holding within the Acquisition department and at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Serbia. Jovana holds a MRICS designation in Valuation pathway, MSc degree in Quantitative Finance (IMQF - International Masters in Quantitative Finance program at the University of Belgrade), MSc degree in Economics (University of Belgrade) and is currently on the path of becoming a CFA charter holder, with passed Levels 1 and 2.

Jelena Homen Tasic, Director of Legal Services

Jelena oversees all legal and regulatory matters of our businesses, including contracts, major leases, legal support for construction, financing, and acquisition processes. She also provides legal consultation and advice to our renowned global partners.

Attorney at law, graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Belgrade, LLM in European Union law at the University of Nancy France, member of Belgrade Bar Association. Specialized in real estate, commercial and corporate law. Fluent in English and French.

Sanja Ciric, Head of Architecture and Projects Director

As a Head of architecture of Merin Holdings and its subsidiaries Sanja is fully engaged in development and implementation of our projects, from conceptual design to construction and supervision.

Prior to her engagement with Merin Asset Management Sanja worked on numerous significant real estate projects including residential, retail and commercial developments. Sanja is a recognized expert in the field of architecture and interior design, as well as construction, engineering and project management.

Nevena Milic, Sales Director of Merin Asset Management

As a Sales Director of Merin Asset Management Nevena coordinates all sale and leasing processes related to our development projects. By combining her friendly character, excellent communication and human relations skills with her comprehensive knowledge of the current real estate trends Nevena continuously provides valuable advice and assistance to each buyer.

Nevena’s background includes over 10 years of sales experience in real estate and banking industry, including major companies such as Delta Real Estate, CBRE, and Komercijalna Banka. She has a bachelor degree in business administration and management.

Dragana Slipcevic, Finance and Administration Director

Dragana started her career in Epstours doo where she worked in finance/liquidation department. She joined Blackoak Developments in 2010 as an associate in finance and accounting department and in 2012 she had been promoted to Finance and Administration Director.

Dragana is a graduate of Belgrade Business School, with the degree in Finance, Accounting and Banking department. She speaks English.
