MRICS Chief Executive Officer
Djura Stanic is a professional with extensive experience in real estate investment, development and asset management. As CEO of Merin Holdings, he is in charge of strategic planning, property acquisition, development execution of Company projects and day-to-day management. His area of expertise ranges from luxury and mid–scale residential to commercial real estate. He is directly responsible for creating return maximization platforms for all Merin Holdings’ business ventures, including optimal strategic positioning of each project the Company is involved in.
Mr. Stanic is a graduate of AUP University in Paris, with degree in International Economics. He is fluent in English and French and a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Under his leadership, Fashion Park Outlet Center was twice awarded Best performing outlet center in South Eastern Europe.
MRICS Deputy CEO
As Deputy CEO, Jovana is responsible for strategic planning, financial structuring and feasibility assessment of the Company’s investment ventures, across all property segments. She is also in charge of operational management and project coordination during development stage, cooperating tightly with the Company’s engineering, legal and sales experts. She posesses comprehensive knowledge of real estate industry, gained through experience in Investment and development, Banking and Advisory sectors.
Prior to joining Merin Holdings, Jovana lead Valuation and Advisory Department at Colliers International, worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia within Strategic Risk Management and Control Department, at MPC Holding within Acquisition department and at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Serbia. Jovana holds a MRICS designation in Valuation pathway, MSc degree in Quantitative Finance (IMQF – International Masters in Quantitative Finance, University of Belgrade), MSc degree in Economics (University of Belgrade) and is currently on the path of becoming a CFA charter holder, with passed Levels 1 and 2.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Finance Officer, Dragana is responsible for Merin Holdings’ financial planning, controlling and reporting. She is also in charge of managing the Company’s cash flow, as well as financing dynamics for ongoing development projects.
Before joining Merin Holdings, Dragana performed a role of Finance and Administration Director at Blackoak Developments (Fashion Outlet Center Indjija) from 2010 to 2018 and worked in Finance and liquidation department at EpsTours. Dragana holds a professional MSc. degree in Economics and is fluent in English.
As Projects Director at Merin Holdings, Sanja is fully engaged in strategic development and implementation of all ongoing projects, from conceptual design phase to construction and supervision. She is a recognized expert in the fields of architecture and interior design, as well as construction, Project management and engineering in general. Prior to her engagement at
Merin, Sanja worked on numerous significant real estate projects including residential, retail and commercial developments.
Nevena is responsible for defining, managing and implementing sales and leasing strategy for each of the Company’s projects. By combining her friendly character, excellent communication and people skills, with her wide-ranging knowledge of relevant real estate trends, Nevena and her team continuously provide added value to our client’s decision-making process.
Her professional background includes over ten years of working experience in real estate and banking sectors, in companies such as Delta Real Estate and CBRE, as well as Komercijalna Banka. She holds a BSc. degree in Business administration and management.
