Merin Tower development site holds plot area of 7,831 sq. m with predominantly commercial use zoning – minimum of 51% commercial contents to be developed in combination with residential. Maximum building height is 100 m which allows for gross buildable area (GBA) of approx. 60,000 sq. m above ground and three levels of underground garage. Future development has a potential to be one of the modern symbols of the city.

Fashion Park Outlet Center is the first and only Factory Outlet Center in Serbia. Merin Plaza represents the most recent exclusive investment of Merin Holdings and currently represents the most exclusive residential project in Belgrade.
Development project envisages construction of residential building of approx. 8,500 sq. m net buildable area (NBA), including 26 exclusive apartment units, 7 retail units on the ground floor and 81 parking lots located in three levels of underground garage.
