Fashion park outlet center Indjija

Fashion Park Outlet Center is the first and only Factory Outlet Center in Serbia. It is set in a highly visible location adjacent to the main international highway, with a primary catchment area of 2.8 million people. Fashion Park is located at only 30 minute drive from two largest Serbian cities, Belgrade and Novi Sad.

Fashion Park Outlet Center was developed by BlackOak Developments, with Merin Holdings as one of the shereholders. The Center’s open scheme, set in a stunning village design, offers an exceptional shopping experience. Fashion Park Outlet Center successfully opened its first phase of 15,000 sq. m and 65 retail units in April, 2012. The Outlet Center has 2,000 parking spaces, coffee bars, restaurants, and an indoor and outdoor playground area for children.

The Center’s successful opening revealed high consumer demand for this kind of retail project in Serbia resulting in more than 5 million visitors in the first four years of trade.

Merin tower development site

Merin Tower development site holds plot area of 7,831 sq. m, located in very center of New Belgrade. Site has predominantly commercial use zoning – minimum of 51% commercial contents to be developed in combination with residential. Maximum building height is 100 m which allows for gross buildable area (GBA) of approx. 60,000 sq. m above ground and three levels of underground garage. Future development has a potential to be one of the modern symbols of the city.

Subject development zone is considered as one of the most attractive mixed-use development locations in the whole Belgrade, especially favourable for commercial contents. Merin Plaza

Merin Plaza represents the most recent exclusive investment of Merin Holdings and currently represents the most exclusive residential project in Belgrade.
